前新北議員陳明義爆料，有市政顧問開價五千萬喬大巨蛋，民進黨北市議員童仲彥二十六號，與柯文哲市長便當會，童仲彥也爆料，有綠營人士向他透露，確實有人拿了遠雄董事長趙藤雄10萬元，先幫忙大巨蛋喬路樹，童仲彥說，爆料者是在1月14日在新竹高鐵站旁的便利超商2樓與收錢的人會面，當時收錢的人用手機打給趙藤雄，隔天就到趙藤雄總部便當會，回來就跟爆料者說只拿了10萬元，接下來再慢慢喬，童仲彥說，他已經將相關的證據拿給柯文哲市長。童仲彥說，他的這個爆料，有Line及錄音等相關證據，已經跟北市府說明。
